horrible customer service they give me a thigh that was literally one bite i brought it up to them and they say there’s nothing they can do. if you send out an undersized thigh you should send out another one to make up for that. this is horrible customer service. when a customer has a complaint you are to help them not turn them away you have lost my business

Half the piece of chicken was missing and when I called them, the rude employee hung up on me. Then I called again and talked to the manager who did absolutely nothing.

I just want to say how much I appreciate the KFC staff at the mall where I work. I come in pretty often and they always remember my order, which honestly means a lot. It makes it feel way more personal.
The food is always fresh and hot, and I’ve never had a bad experience there. Every single staff member I’ve interacted with has been friendly, kind, and welcoming. It’s not just one person — everyone there is great.
Thank you guys for always being so consistent and making my breaks better!
