  Me and a few friends went to this kelseys after a fun escape room at Escape Game Entertainment Waterloo. The food was hot when it came out and the service was very friendly. We went there on a Friday at 1pm, so it was fairly empty. 3 people ordered the steak entree, and they all said that the rareness they ordered was almost perfect. When we were finished, we asked the waiter if he could take a picture of us outside and was more than happy to help. Thank you for the great experience and even better, the polaroid picture I can keep forever. Food, 4.3/5 Vibes, 4.7/5 Service, 4.999/5 Definitely will go here again.

  After a long drive to Waterloo from Blackstock we were lucky 🍀 enough to get a server named Brooke who was kind, funny and on the ball. My daughter and I really her appreciated her empathy after we told her we had been ghosted 👻 from someone who had agreed to take my daughter’s apartment for the Summer as a sublet. Brooke, however, made the disappointment of that feel much better with her humour. If you’re ever in the ‘Loo’ and get Brooke as your server, count yourself blessed. She was fabulous! Thank you Brooke!!! 😊😊

  I appreciate that it is a roadhouse but the menu was surprisingly limited for myself as a vegan and my friend who is gluten free. The staff were very conscientious and followed up to ensure safety etc. There was just few options other than a plain salad. Even with coffee there were no plant based choices. What we had was fine, but it didn't make for a relaxing outing. It could work better with a few tweaks.

  Definitely won't be back. Last few times we've been disappointed. Ceasar salad dressing had no flavour other than a slight vinegar taste and it had a large chunk of the stem of the romaine in it. Even the bacon bits didn't taste like bacon, how is that possible? The broccoli cheddar soup was quite bland and just warm enough. If you don't have to at least blow on your spoon full of soup a couple times then it not heated up enough My husband had a Thai lettuce wrap and he said the flavour profile was not Thai at all but a sweet and sour.

  (If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!) After a long and exhausting day at the hospital, my wife and I finished work very late and were hoping to have a warm, cozy dinner to end our day. It was almost midnight, so we weren’t even sure if this branch would still accept customers. We decided to call, and the person who answered the phone” Gursher”was incredibly welcoming and polite. Without hesitation, he said: “We will wait for you.” When I arrived, he was actually waiting for us even though there was literally no one around. He greeted us with a big smile and treated us with so much kindness and hospitality. He made us feel completely welcome, not like we were a last-minute inconvenience. The food was absolutely amazing—fresh, warm, delicious, and exactly what we needed after a long day. And on top of that, Gursher continued to provide outstanding service until the end and wished us a good night with the same genuine smile. This is what true customer service looks like. If there was an option for more than 5 stars, I would give him a million. Thank you so much, Gursher, for your kindness and for going above and beyond. I truly hope you get recognized and rewarded for the outstanding service you provided. I will definitely be coming back again and again to this specific branch!
