Around 2 months ago the manager decided that the customers must pay 50 cents for sauces on the side and if anyone has seen their sides of sauce it is about enough to dip maybe 5 fries before it is empty. I thought at first ok Harvey's is now charging for the sides of sauce but then found out that is not the case as I have been to a few other locations since and they do not charge. On principle alone we have chosen to not go to this location anymore. It is unfortunate because the actual staff there are amazing. You could tell when asking for a side of sauce how uncomfortable they were having to charge for it. We won't be going to this location anymore which I am quite sure costs the store more than a few sides of dipping sauce. If you like sides of sauces to dip your fries and rings into and don't want to pay for it, you may want to go to a different location.

Friendly and patient staff who always make the burgers neat (unlike the mess we often get at a lot of other burger places). They keep the dining area clean, and are always polite. Great job everyone, keep it up!
