Atmosphere is that the room where people sit is small (not caused by the staff) The kitchen staff has a small area to work in and they cope well in moving around the small kitchene area.

They were moving a line AND mobile orders when I was there and I didn’t wait at all. The young person who made my burger even folded it in “the Harvey’s way”, I haven’t seen that in a year. Ha ha. Good on the staff here.

Their mobile ordering system is completely broken—it failed to process my order, yet they still had the nerve to charge my card. When I went in to address this blatant theft, the staff were shockingly rude, dismissive, and entirely unhelpful. This place is a disaster in terms of both technology and customer service. Save your time and your money, and go literally anywhere else.
