- LLLauren3 days ago1.0I had a horrible experience at this Harvey’s today at 5:20pm. When I first got there, there was a lineup, but I stood at the pick up station waiting for my mobile order to be ready. I had ordered my food at 5:22pm online and it said pick up would be ready by 5:33pm. I went up to the guy around 5:33pm and asked for my food, he couldn’t find my order because there was two orders with the same initials. I continue to sit there watching him making everyone’s order except mine when I had told them what my initials were and what my order was. My order was placed before everyone’s in line yet I was still waiting there watching him serve everyone but me. When I finally went up to him again and said where’s my order he got upset and was saying there’s a lot of people that I have to do orders for. I told him my order was first as it was a mobile order and I should not be waiting here for 20 minutes. He finally gave me my order and I have the picture attached to the review, the entire burger is sauce. I’m so displeased with the service from this man and his customer service skills are awful. The burger was also extremely disappointing. The guy was the same one who made this burger.

Lady was working hard with no help over lunch our. I think she was the only person working there. She took my order, cooked it and did the toppings. Very odd.
