Because I hardly found cheese cubes in ice-cream and when they gave us it is not hard and melted. I like to eat ice-cream of DQ but this is not good service that I am expecting from reputed brand.

First of all they were short staffed, we walked in and the cashier was taking orders and was doing table deliveries as well so it took her a while to take orders. We placed our order through the app thinking that it will be quicker than standing in line but that was not the case. People that placed order after me with the cashier got there order before us. After seeing this I asked the cashier about my order and she went to the back only for it to be sitting on the table. We got our order but she didn't even do the flipping of the blizzard which my kid loves as it is part of the dairy Queen experience.

I will still go to this one for last minute cravings. I won't be buying DQ cakes ever again. They messed up my cotton candy cake which we've ordered everyJune for many, many years. It was made with the chocolate center instead of the cotton candy center. They did remake the cake. But that meant not having it on the actual birthday. And I had to bring back the cake that was made wrong. Honestly, with all the hassle and driving out of my way to switch the cakes, I thought a gift card or at least be able to keep the cake that was made wrong would be a good "sorry for the inconvenience."
