  I want to take a moment to recognize the absolutely outstanding experience I had today at Dairy Queen, and especially to give heartfelt thanks and recognition to MMcCauley for her incredible kindness, compassion, and quick response when I truly needed help. I live with POTS, a condition that can cause sudden and serious symptoms, and today I found myself urgently needing salt to prevent a potentially severe episode. In that moment, I was stressed, overwhelmed, and physically not feeling well. Without hesitation — and I truly mean without a second thought — MMcCauley immediately stepped in to help me. Her response was fast, caring, calm, and genuine, and within seconds she had helped me get what I needed. To some people, it may have looked like a small act of kindness, but for me it was so much more than that. She very likely helped prevent a major medical episode, and the relief I felt in that moment is something I will never forget. When you are dealing with a condition like POTS, having someone treat you with understanding and urgency instead of confusion or dismissal means absolutely everything. What stood out most was not only how quickly she acted, but the kindness behind it. She treated me with compassion, respect, and humanity during a vulnerable moment, and that level of care is rare. In a world where people are often too busy to notice when someone is struggling, MMcCauley noticed immediately and chose to help without hesitation. Customer service like this goes far beyond simply doing a job — this was genuine human kindness, and it deserves to be recognized. Dairy Queen should be incredibly proud to have someone like MMcCauley on their team. Employees like her leave lasting impressions on people, and today she truly made a difference in my life. Thank you again, MMcCauley, from the bottom of my heart. Your kindness mattered more than you probably realize, and I will never forget the care you showed me today. ❤️

  After a long week, we were ready for an indulgent treat—and it was absolutely worth it. Skipping a meal for this dessert didn’t feel like a sacrifice at all. It was delicious.
