  Miserable staff, waited no one said hold on be right with you, all the meats almost empty and the manager or supervisor was putting meat on in no rush, honestly we should have left but if I was the owner everyone there except the young girl serving today would be gone, DO BETTER or quit!

  This is the single filthiest Chipotle location on Earth. The salsa bar is contaminated with dairy products. The queso Blanco has pork carnitas floating in it. The tables are filthy and strewn with garbage and festering food. The garbages are overflowing. There is clearly no cleaning schedule and no standard has been set for cleanliness. Not to mention food contamination which could impact those with dietary restrictions and moreover pose of food safety risk.

  It might not be a like 7 star chipotle. But it's a good chipotle the reviews are kinda criminal. It is exactly what U expect from a Chipotle. I'm fairly certain it's been negative review bombed. Actually cause there's actually no reason for a good Chipotle to be like this.

  Food always great, service always really slow. Not because employees are slow, they are understaffed...10 people in line only one worker is serving walk in customers, the other one is doing app orders. Totally unacceptable!

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle. I ordered two bowls, and they didn’t have enough white rice, which was fine with me—I agreed to have brown/mixed rice instead. They were also out of sautéed veggies, and the employee told me it would take about six minutes. I said no problem and was happy to wait. However, when he came back with the veggies, his attitude seemed frustrated, almost as if I had inconvenienced him by choosing to wait. After that, he prepared both bowls very carelessly. Instead of properly portioning and arranging the ingredients, he was piling and almost throwing large amounts of food into the bowls. By the time I asked for lettuce, the bowls were so overfilled that when he tried to close the lids, a lot of the lettuce simply fell out. I understand that restaurants can run out of ingredients and that employees can be busy, but I was patient and polite throughout the entire interaction. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect the same courtesy in return and to have my food prepared with basic care. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience.
