  The place needs major cleaning up, foods scatter all over the food counter, lettuce was almost finished but didn't refill before scraping the bottom off for customers.

  After visiting both locations, the difference between the Conestoga Mall and Erb Street Chipotle is unbelievable. At Erb Street, the staff are friendly, welcoming, and generous with portions. The bowls are properly filled, and when we politely asked for a little extra topping, they happily accommodated our request without making us feel uncomfortable. Two people could easily leave feeling full from one visit. Unfortunately, our experience at Conestoga Mall was completely different. Our bowls were mostly rice(when we asked extra) with very small portions of protein and toppings. When we politely asked for a little extra, we were immediately told it would be an extra charge. This made us feel uncomfortable for even asking. What surprised me is that both locations are supposed to follow the same standards, yet the difference in portion sizes and customer service is huge. What disappointed me the most was the attitude of the staff. The employee preparing our bowl seemed completely uninterested, barely interacted with us, and didn't even properly ask which type of chicken I wanted. The whole experience felt rushed, and when we asked questions or requested a little more, we were made to feel like we were asking for something unreasonable. For the price being charged, customers deserve consistent portions and respectful service. I genuinely don't understand how two locations under the same brand can vary so much when they are supposed to follow the same standards. Based on my experiences, the Erb Street Chipotle is far superior in terms of portion size, food quality, and customer service. I would strongly recommend going there instead of the Conestoga Mall location.

  I order a veggie burrito and was really disappointed. It was completely loaded with rice and lettuce and had maybe 5-6 pinto beans, and barely any sautéed veggies. It was literally rice and lettuce. I also ordered a large chips with queso—the chip bag was 1/4 full and the queso was maybe 1/2 full. Brutal for the price. Definitely not worth a visit.

  No issues with the food, but the staff is very rude. The portion we get for spending $20 is not worth it as they make faces if you ask for more. No greeting at all. Paid extra for queso and guac but they were still cheaping out on it. Counter was not clean. As a strictly vegetarian, the tofu container was beside chicken and they chicken was on top almost about to fall in tofu. I hope they open other location in KW and hoping that will be better than this one.

  It is so dirty in this store. We sat to eat our food and there were no clean tables. The food was scraped to the bottom of the pan and it seemed the only fresh thing was the rice. Everything is an upcharge and this is the second time I have been. Meh. The windows were gross too this looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in days.
