  I been to chipotle to like 15 location in canada and USA this is the one of worst customer service and they are giving half the portion .. charge full but give like pinch Chip and gauc half size chips Gauc is half the 4oz Worst customer and location

  Terrible experience at this location. The customer service was extremely poor, and the food quality was just as bad. To make matters worse, the portion sizes were shockingly small the staff were stingy with everything they scooped. The worst part was finding raw pieces of chicken in my food, which is completely unacceptable and a major health concern. Overall, this is easily one of the worst Chipotle location around. Save your money and go somewhere else.

  The ideology behind the success of chipotle is their generous portions and friendly service but when u walk in this location you will see workers who are mentally exhausted and reduced portions for the sake of food cost , as a chef i do not ever recommend this location or any chipotle in Canada in general because this is a joke ! They need people who understand customer service

  I am extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of this Chipotle location. The condition of the restaurant was unacceptable. The tables and floors were visibly dirty, and the toppings area was extremely messy, with food spilled across the counters and onto the kitchen floor. What concerned me most was the condition of the kitchen itself. Seeing food and toppings spilled onto the floor in an area where food is being prepared raises serious concerns about basic sanitation and cleanliness standards. This is not simply a matter of the restaurant looking untidy—it is a food-service establishment, and maintaining a clean and sanitary environment should be a basic priority. Management needs to address this immediately and ensure that proper cleaning and sanitation procedures are being followed consistently.

  Customer service is abysmal. The guy serving my toppings was extremely cold and seemed to give half of the extra toppings that were requested. He continuously rushed the entire process and got mad at me for asking for different toppings even though there was no line. The cashier made a mistake on her end and forgot to charge me for a small drink. Instead of apologizing for her mistake she waved me down at the drink station in front of everyone and made it a whole ordeal. It was humiliating and made me feel like I stole from the establishment. Not once did I hear a "we apologize", or "this is our fault." This is the first time I've had an issue since the store's opening and it wasn't with one person but the entire line of staff. Please bring back old staff or train the new ones!
