  Google says open until 2300 hours. Drive through sings were off and nobody taking orders at 2210. Either way incompetence.

  Food has been good here, so much so it has taken over as my number one BK. However, guys, when does the onion go back in the onion rings??? Batter rings are not the same as onion rings... Come on guys, do better.

  We recently visited the Burger King location at 30 Northfield and had a disappointing experience with order accuracy and customer service. I placed an online order (#81) through the Burger King App and received it at the counter without issue. While we were eating, my wife placed a second order (#83) using her own phone, which was very similar to the first order with minor changes. After waiting for some time, she went to the counter to inquire about it. They told her that the order had already been served to us. When I followed up, I explained that we had only received order #81. However, staff insisted that we had already been served order #83 and even suggested that my earlier order (#81) had been placed at a different branch, which was not the case. I showed both the receipt and the app confirmation clearly indicating the correct location, but it took considerable back-and-forth before the issue was finally acknowledged. Unfortunately, this was not the first time we have experienced inaccuracies at this location. The lack of attention to detail and the initial reluctance to trust the customer made the situation unnecessarily frustrating. I hope improvements can be made in order processing and customer service, as experiences like this make it difficult to return

  I just tried the ' New and Improved' Whopper along with supposedly better fries. Big fail. The bun holds better but is tasteless. The sauce may be creamier like a Ranch dressing but without the Ranch taste which to me is a plus because I hate Ranch. This results in a milky sauce and nothing else. I prefer the old sauce for taste and texture. Burger King was never known for great fries, especially once they cooled down however now they're lousy fresh out of the fryer. The coating (looks like some sort of white fluff) that's on there makes me wonder how many additional chemicals I'm having to injest in order to eat these thinner but 'improved' fries. I asked people sitting at two other tables what they thought of the fries and four out of four gave them a thumbs down.
