  Went to this arbys and ordered food at the counter- noticed the gentlemen taking our order had a gnarly eye infection- eye red, swollen and leaking with pus. I figured we'll hes just taking our order right? Wrong. We watched him walk away, rub his infected eye, and start handling food (without gloves or hand washing) . We asked for a refund immediately. I dont entirely blame him, but management should have never let him come in as not only is that contagious but it is absolutely disgusting. We asked for a refund.

  In the area from Fergus and checked the actual Arby's website and read that this location was open. I am sitting in the parking lot and it is closed. Get it together and get your hours straightened out on the ARBY'S WEBSITE!!! What a joke!!!

  I ordered a vanilla milk shake and it absolutely tasted gross. But I also ordered a poutine and that was good. The cleanliness was very poor, the floor was really dirty. I wouldn't go to that location again.

  Honestly worst experience. They charged the wrong order then to fix it forced to pay more money instead of just correcting the order by giving the right item and taking the wrong item away. Poor service.
