Unfortunately this location has gone downhill since its sale by the original owner who was “the sub guy”. He was so genuine and caring, knew exactly what was on each sub. Now the place is very unhygienic, there’s always like 5 employees as if they all live there. No sense of customer service and they don’t eat 90% of the food on the menu. It smells like BO and each employee there couldn’t care less about making a great sandwich they slop everything on and make sure to ask for a tip. Sad to see this Waterdown original classic go down the drain.

Came around 1030 yesterday but they had already closed. Looking at the reviews it seems there's been a few people with the same issue. Are the hours current?
