  The service during the day is excellent but I’ve never had a correct order from here anytime after 5 pm. The evening part time staff truly would rather be anywhere else. They seem to look at you with open disdain for having the audacity to disturb them.

  They forgot my burger😂 and big Macsause on the side, didn’t even bother going back out of disbelief, and wanting to attempt enjoy the rest of night

  i order my breakfast and literally by the time i got it at the window. they served me a cold hashbrown

  I don’t know what is up with the fries I received the last time They were so awful and smelt like perfume And freezing cold NOT edible So disappointing . I do not live close and to receive such crap food that I can’t even eat Is beyond frustrating

  I went through the drive-thru today and had the best experience. The food is, as always, great and delicious. There was a lovely girl at the window giving all the food, whose name tag said Shivani. I would like to appreciate her for her humble attitude, and she has the best smile. I got the wrong drink, maybe there was a misunderstanding due to the rush, but when I asked her, she quickly changed it, and she was so polite and said sorry to me without any fault. I love the customer service here; all the crew members are very good. I hope she will be appreciated for her job. Keep up the great work! Thank You!
