Can’t rate the food because we never got any. Ordered a meal for pickup. Showed up and was told that it was cancelled but I never received notification. Employee then went to his screen and tapped a few buttons and then I got the cancellation notification. When questioned about whether he had just now cancelled the order, he got defensive and shouted “ARE YOU CALLING ME A LIAR” He got defensive, called my wife a curse word and started waving his hands. Called head office about the interaction, about which they have done nothing…including finalize my refund so the money is somewhere in the wind. This place sucks.

30 mins at noon for a bucket is not satisfactory, no toilet paper in an empty restaurant means the staff are spending their time on the phone. No line up, no car in drive through, one delivery pickup.. 30 minutes

Terrible read reviews which I should and skip the ones from the employees and friends, never have I been to a kfc and there was no chicken ready at 530pm. Mind you only 1 worker doing it all and very angry I feel for him
