  Long wait every time, worse in summer (tourist hotspot). Renovation definitely an improvement although staff never in a rush to have food ready!

  Came here on foot 20 minutes before close and even though the inside was closed the staff were so kind and let us go through the drive through! The staff tonight made our food so quickly, provided nothing but smiles, and overall just offered us such great customer service. Feeling grateful for such great service!

  order on uber eats a lot and even though i select no cheese no sour cream they always put it on anyways. contacted support so many times for it that im no longer allowed to get refunds on the app. couldn’t even eat it after spending all that money.

  I don't think I've ever gotten an order from here that didn't have numerous mistakes, it's worth the drive to go to the barrie or orillia location over this one because the food and service is actually correct. Tonight was no different, placed an online order for a couple things including the buffalo nacho fries, they used regular fries instead of nacho fries, the chicken had no sauce on it and Drinks were supposed to be no ice but both had ice. Also placed a KFC order @ the window, asked to upgrade the side of fries to a poutine and was told they can't do that, fries only and no substitutions, even though it's advertised on the menu board, windows and an option on their app. Last time I went to pick up a mobile order, when I got there they were closed and didn't know how to process a refund, this was about a month ago and their hours still aren't properly updated on the app or Google. Hopefully they can get their stuff together one day ** Edited after scrolling through a couple of these reviews, all of the 5* reviews within the last year or so all have similar names.... And have only rated kfc & taco bell Wasaga beach, both 5* and maybe one other place ... Very convenient trying to give false reviews to wash out the accurate reviews leaving 1* **
