- VVVictoria6 days ago1.0This is probably the most disorganized fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. I spent 31 dollars on a crunch wrap (which was assembled poorly, it looked like it was just tossed together without wrapping it up properly), a protein bowl (they had given me 0 toppings and it looked like leftovers. Presentation was horrible and they gave me minimal food) I asked for a refund on the bowl and for the wrap to be remade. As a supervisor in a restaurant, it was shocking to see how many people had gotten their orders wrong and their food presented horribly (at least 3 other customers!) I hope this location re-evaluates its leadership team and who they hire because this was absolutely unacceptable. Please save your money and time and go literally anywhere else.

Staff were extremely rude to us and didn’t apologize or acknowledge that they didn’t give us our food. Very disappointed…

Or they didn’t offer to fix it or anything. I got charged for so many things they were “out of stock” and they still charged me please save your time and just go to McDonald’s or Harvey’s this place is garage
