  Absolutely the worst Taco Bell we’ve ever been to!! Order was all wrong, even though he took the bag back to “fix” something. Everything was cold, we asked that there was no tomatoes on anything because of an allergy and there was tomatoes on literally everything!! After going back and telling them they responded with “oh we didn’t hear you” what??? Never again, crappy food, horrible service and terrible customer relations

  i moved here in december and have ordered 4-5 times. every single time my order has been wrong and/ missing items, and every single time i’ve tried to call, the number says it’s not in service. this location hasn’t had a working number since december. so i’ve just stopped ordering. talked to a few people who refuse to order from that specific location for the constant messing up of orders. this the type of representation you want for your company? please do something about it

  The drive thru is SO slow!!! And it’s hard to understand what the employees are saying at the drive thru. They need to address the speed asap, it’s absurd for fast food.

  Where oh where do i begin here? Bad? Run away? First impressions, the place is dead looking on the outside, nobody in the parking lot, nobody in drive thru -this was odd to me, but i pushed onwards anyways hoping it was just a slow time.. Sadly this review and many others echo the same song, its dead for a reason...the foreshadowing couldn't have made me more aware. First off let me say - What are we doing, the entire staff are foreign, not one english or french canadian....if employees cant understand english and french fluently...this makes ordering impossible, and is likely why our order was wrong 5 times before it was "correct" or at least edible... The order you might ask? 5 combos. Its not that hard. 2 soft taco combo, 1 hard taco combo no tomato, 1 soft taco combo extra onions 2 piece chicken tender combo. Next lets touch on the food itself, the preparation seemed decent, meaning they were well assembled. However you could see and feel the cold of the freezer/fridge on your hands when holding a TACO. Feels like they pre made them and piled them in the freezer/fridge. Looked like it too. And how well was it balanced? Well out of 10, id say it was a solid 1. Almost ALL lettuce, ontop of clearly bagged, not taco bell style pre shredded cheese( the kind you and i can buy) and there was MAYBE a tablespoon of MEAT on the entire taco. Not even warm enough to make the shell warm. Should i speak on the "fry supreme" ? For 6 dollars you get -soggy microwaved fries -4 drops of nacho cheese 6 giant globs of sour cream 4 literal finger tip sized pieces of beef And NO CHIVES?! DISGUSTING

  Service here sucks, the guy ahead of us asked for his money back they were taking too long they just stand there and look at you and don't make your food. we ordered 6 tacos and some fries waited 40 minutes stupid stupid don't come here
