Absolutely horrible experience. We were there for over two hours, and the service was beyond disappointing. We were told that the restaurant was extremely busy because it was “Two Can Dine” time. But if you know a promotion is going to bring in a large crowd, shouldn’t you be prepared for it? Instead, there were only three servers trying to handle a packed restaurant. Tables were being seated, including ours, and then left waiting 30 minutes just for someone to come over and take drink orders. Some customers were seemingly forgotten about altogether. Being busy is understandable. Being completely unprepared for a busy night is not. The entire experience felt chaotic, poorly managed, and frustrating from start to finish. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had, and I definitely won’t be returning.

Very Very disappointed is our visit! From the experience we had, we will not be back! We waited about 15 mins to be seated, about 25 minutes before the waitress came over. She took our drink order. We then sat there for another 15 minutes, she came and took our food order. We got our kids food before we had cutler AND still haven’t didn’t have any of our drinks! The kids finished their meals and had to sit there while we ate because we didn’t get ours till after they were done. The whole time we were there we watched 5 groups of people walk in and leave because they waited so long for someone to greet and seat them. The woman’s washroom had no toilet paper and I had to wait so long while both my girls were sitting in the toilet that I went into the gentleman’s bathroom to get them some. We skated across the floors. And after expressing all of this to the manager, there was absolutely no compensation or remorse at all….. Disappointing for our night out as a family.

Had dinner there last night. Host was new and very nervous. Waited 20 minutes for a waitress and she only came after we asked the host where she was. He took our order and she came back to double check. Then waited a half hour for our food and then another 10 minutes for cutlery. When finished, we asked for a box for leftovers and 2 caramel Sundaes. We waited another half hour for the box and the ice cream....we never got either, even after we reminded her while she was at another table. In the meantime we saw at least 4 tables of patrons walk out because their service was so bad and one waitress freaked out because of the stress. Will NEVER go back!! Betty Gilbert

Very disappointing experience, particularly regarding food allergy awareness and how the situation was handled. We visited around 7:00 p.m. on a Thursday. The restaurant was not particularly busy and there appeared to be enough staff working, yet the service was extremely slow. My biggest concern was food safety. I have celiac disease and specifically asked whether a dish was gluten free. Our server did not seem to understand what gluten was, so she went to the kitchen to confirm. She came back and told me the cook said the dish was gluten free, so I proceeded to eat it. A short time later, she rushed back to our table and told me the cook had been wrong and the food was not gluten free. By that point it was too late because I had already eaten it. The server told me she would have the manager come to our table, but the manager never came over. Given the seriousness of providing incorrect allergen information, I found the lack of management response extremely concerning. At that point, I just wanted to leave as quickly as possible so I could deal with the effects of having been glutened. Mistakes can happen, but when a customer specifically identifies a serious dietary restriction, staff need to verify the information before telling the customer that something is safe to eat. If a mistake does happen, I would expect a manager to come to the table immediately and address it. Unfortunately, this experience left me with very little confidence in this location's handling of gluten free requests and food allergies.

I don’t usually leave reviews but this one I had to. My family came in around 2 pm to have lunch - I love the chicken club wrap - so that’s what I ordered. The food was okay, the fries were half soggy and half crispy, my wrap tasted okay but very dry and had a questionable smell to it but I feel fine after eating it. The mashed potatoes were so sturdy that you could pick up the entire amount of it on a fork and take small bites off it but they tasted fine. The Caesar wrap was also dry, not really worth what they charged for it. When the robot came to drop off food, we had to take it off ourselves because it was just sitting there. I don’t mind having robots help out but we came in to have a sit-down dining experience, we could have just found a drive-through for the same experience but paid a lot less. The waiter seemed like he did not care to be there, just get in and get out. We had to ask for a kids menu and we had no cutlery. The only thing that was timely was receiving the bill.
