  I was really disappointed with my visit to KFC. They advertise the drive-thru being open until 11 p.m., but when I arrived at 10:35 and then again at 10:40, they were already closed about half an hour early. It was frustrating since I came specifically for a late snack. I hope they improve their hours or update their signage so customers know better

  Never getting KFC poutine again. I wanted to be a true Canadian and have poutine for dinner but what I got was fries gravy and regular cheese. A disappointment to the Canadian people for no cheese curds. I wasn’t even notified about them not having cheese curds.

  Pendant la prise de ma commande, l’employé à la caisse est parti. Apres un moment, un autre employé confus, vient terminé. Il y a une une erreur sur une partie de ma commande qui a été remplacé par le mauvais repas. La priorité des employés est à 100% sur le service au volant peu importe le nombre de personnes qui attendent à l’intérieur. Pendant notre visite, au moins 4 personnes sont partis sans psser leur commande, une personne à demander un remboursement, au moins une personne a reçu la mauvaise commande, mais l’a mangé quand même, plusieurs autres personnes se sont obstinées avec les employés.

  KFC is always a solid hit for me. The chicken box meals are super convenient, filling, and packed with chicken full of flavour with different sides. It will make you want to come back again and again. There is an ongoing promotion for 10 housings for $10 which makes it even better value for money. On top of that, the staff are really friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole visit feel easy and pleasant. I'll recommend everyone to visit and see you yourself.

  ordered delivery at 3 pm thought wouldnt be busy when order arrived zinger combo was missing the chicken none anywhere in bun paid extra for mega fries aprox a dozen fries in package checked none spilt in bag ph.no. on website call not in service found alt ph.no. spoke to manager said will replace give them an hour its now 3 hours later still waiting
