  Definitely a bust as far as Mr sub locations go. Been many times out of convenience but i think im officially out. Bread is often not great if its even available. Ingredients are often not available, service is VERY much a miss. Atmosphere is pretty poor, its in a poorly played out gas station. I think theres one girl there who does a good job, otherwise most workers seem distracted and annoyed that they have to serve a customer... that is when they actually decide to come out from the back. The guy today made people pay before they ordered, who does that?? In the meantime he asked what sub they wanted immediately forgot 3 times in a row, then after payment went through went over to make a sub and had to ask again! When he asked the couple which bread they wanted the said mozzarella cheddar, he said we don't have any to which he replied but we do have white, whole wheat and cheese... you mean mozzarella cheddar??? 🤦‍♂️. At this point I left... no way I want this guy making me a sub. To the one girl there doing a good job, keep up the great work. To the rest of the staff, please get some training in customer service! Its literally how you make a living. Good service, lots of ppl. Poor service, no people...

  Waited about 5-10 minutes for anyone to even come to the counter. Then the lady working was very rude and unwelcoming. Food was also meh.

  WORST Mr. Sub I have ever been to. Zero toppings, not cut, and stuck to bag after he grilled the sub in the foil paper. Waste of money, ended up in the garbage.

  The place is a joke, they are either out of bread or toppings or there isn’t anyone there that can make a sub, at least the competition knows how to run a sub shop, will never be going back there

  Nobody was there when I came in, rang the bell once, nothing, rang it a second time still nothing. Took around 5 ish minutes for anyone to come. Server was a bit rude, seemed annoyed that I dared to order any food. If I didn’t quite hear her the first time she spoke she’d loudly and rudely repeat herself. They also seemed to be out of a lot of things, were out of all breads but whole, which was a bit odd. Won’t be coming back.
