Stopped in for a sub out of convenience, and what a disappointment. We waited 10 minutes for service while the employee focused on her nightly cleanup, despite the store still being open for another two hours. Serving customers should be the priority while the store is open. I actually asked if the buns were hard before ordering and was assured they were soft. I guess I didn’t realize rocks were considered soft! 😂 The bread was hard, they were running out of toppings, and there was so little on our subs that we had to repeatedly ask for more. The customer service was just as disappointing as the food. The employee seemed more interested in cleaning than serving customers, and the entire experience was frustrating from start to finish. Terrible experience. I won't be back, and I definitely wouldn't recommend this Mr. Sub.

Visited Mr. Sub on Friday and had a really good experience. The girl and boy working there were both very friendly, polite, and helpful. Our subs were fresh, tasty, and made really well. The service was quick, and everything was clean. We really enjoyed our visit and will definitely come back again!
