  Not too bad, would be better if they use jasmine rice, add some bamboo shoots and some broccoli instead of too much onions and make the chicken more tender.

  I’ve been a loyal customer for years, which makes this experience incredibly disappointing. I ordered pho through Uber Eats and specifically requested that the broth and noodles be packaged separately. This is how they have traditionally packaged their pho, and it makes complete sense for delivery; the noodles absorb the broth during transit and can become soggy by the time the food arrives. What was shocking was being charged nearly $3 for this request and having it incorrectly labeled on Uber Eats as “additional food items requested.” When I called to clarify that I had not ordered any additional food, the manager was extremely rude and dismissive on the phone. Instead of simply explaining the charge or trying to understand my concern, they were huffing and puffing, giving me attitude, and making it very clear that they were inconvenienced by the conversation. What made the situation even worse was the note the manager sent afterward, essentially telling me that if I wanted my food quality to be good, I should come eat at the restaurant instead of ordering delivery. Imagine telling a loyal customer that the solution to a concern about their delivery order is to simply stop ordering delivery. The entire interaction was incredibly unprofessional and disappointing. Charging customers extra simply to package their food appropriately, misrepresenting the charge as additional food, and then responding to a legitimate concern with hostility rather than understanding is extremely concerning. After years of supporting this business, I will no longer be ordering from here. Management represents the company, and I sincerely hope the owners take a closer look at how customers are being treated and how these policies are being handled. You don’t retain loyal customers by making them feel like a burden for raising a reasonable concern.

  Ordered through Doordash. The WORST Pad Thai I have ever had. It lacked flavour. It looked more like chow mein than Pad Thai. It was a waste of my money and I doubt I will order from here again.

  Ordered a Thursday special! 😍 got to eat it when it is hot! I might need to tone down the spice level next time 😅 still taste so good!

  Extremely slow service. Waited 15 minutes for just a small size Tom yum soup which should’ve took a few minutes, and the soup and literally one piece of chicken.
