  Tried Taco Bell for the first time at this location and ordered a crunch wrap supreme. There was literally no meat in it. Why am i paying almost 10$ for bread and sauce but it’s missing the core ingredient? Not getting Taco Bell again

  terrible… I kindly asked the guy to not put his hand on the inside of my drink lid and when I got my fries supreme there was no meat at all and it was all a mess wish I took a photo before I brought it back and ask for a new one. Do better smh

  Wish I could give zero stars!!!! The most nasty food I’ve ever had oh my gosh. Everything tasted weeks old and me and my family have never been so sick from fast food ever!! Who do I sue??????? I am so disgusted hoping I’m able to recover from this without a hospital check. I hope someone can reach out to me as I tried to contact anyone and they refuse to answer. Do not go here unless you want to get sick for a week!

  Garbage app, garbage store, garbage communication, garbage accountability. Why in the hell should I contact uber to find out where my food is if I place an order through your app? How does that make sense? And why do you not read app orders correctly to include the sauces I ask for. And if you can’t figure your app out, and food delivery is being delayed, you need to make customers fresh food instead of letting the cold soggy bullshit that falls apart get delivered. You guys suck, hope you close and someone else opens. Never buying Taco Bell again.

  I went there last night August 27th around 10:40-10:45 pm. I started off in the drive through. Halfway through my order the guy tells me to wait 2 minutes. I get fed up and go inside. I order my food, and watched them 3 guys there mess up on my food. I asked the guy who cashed me out about 2-3 times to make sure it was steak instead of the regular beef. He said yes. I asked him 2-3 times if he got my extra side of sour cream. He said yes. Meanwhile the 2 on the back have their phones out and place it where all the toppings are. Just having their own conversation. I watch one of them make my taco wrong. I told the cashier “ I asked for steak not beef” he tells the guy and I do t know if it was laziness or he didn’t know what to do, instead of making me a new and right taco, he asked if he can just put the steak on top of the beef. Then they give me my order. I had to remind them to put my cinnamon twists in. I leave and start heading to my house and have to turn back because they forgot to put the extra sour cream that I paid for. Worst service in fast food in a very very long time. They want to charge for everything but can’t simply get things right. If it was one thing they got wrong okay. But the whole meal. This location and workers are terrible. Hire new people.
