  I went into the washroom, and Omg it was disgusting! 🤮🤮🤢🤢 I wanted to cancel my order but it was too late. And I only had a few bites and threw the rest into garbage. Disgusting, disgusting, disgusting 🤮🤮

  Didn't receive an online order that was placed more than an hour before arriving at the location. Place is filthy and has a fan running because the place is hot and humid (maybe they don't wanna turn on the AC to save costs). They don't have chicken but they're also a KFC.

  Filthy, mess , disorganized place Stinky washroom, , filthy equipment, all staff speaking foreign language non stop !! Ceiling leaks , bucket for dripping Water all over the store ... Most disgusting k.f.c / tacobell around . I just wondering how the health authorities do not close this dirty branch.... On top of all , customer service zero. Parking has horrible potholes ...

  The second time I have come to this location the soft shells are cold. This time they offered to redo them and they where still cold. They tried to tell me the lettuce,and minimal cheese cooled the taco shell down. I am a chef that used to work at taco ball I.high school. This is not true. Also the lobby is always filthy, and the taco bell side is incredibly slow. First go across the street to the mall. The tacobell there is so much better. Found out it's a franchise location here. Not sure how they maintain. Thier franchise license. Will be contacting Pepsi co head office to review if this store meets thiers standards. It sure didn't meet mine!

  Washroom wasn't clean like never at all in last 2 years. Food wasn't looking me and my friend we both had the diarrhea next day
