Nicole took my order and was very friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout my visit. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and really well prepared. Great food, great service, and a very welcoming atmosphere. I really enjoyed my visit and would definitely come back again!

- LLLTSep 27, 20261.0This has got to be the worst swiss chalet restaurant we have ever been to. We got there shortly after 1 pm and didn't leave until after 4 pm. The service was terrible, it took forever for our food to come and when it finally did, it was cold. They brought spring rolls and no plates, even after we asked. The restaurant was not busy, so really there's no excuse. The staff was rude and we were clearly being ignored. We will most definitely never go back to this particular restaurant.

We are from out of town and just gotten back from a jays game and were looking for somewhere familiar for dinner close to our hotel. The restaurant was pretty empty so do not understand why it took 20 minutes for a waitress to even show up, 30 minutes for dinner to appear, food was cold, fries were old and then it took half hour to get our bills. It was horrible

Every single Staff Member came to our table and said hello and greeted us and wished my friend a happy birthday which made her day, she was so happy. We were served by the Most wonderful and Amazing server ever, her name was Simran. She was perfect right from the begging. Samrin was so polite and had the biggest and most beautiful smile. She had us seated right away and brought us menus and our food came not long after that, and she was so kind and polite to my guest. I'm so pleasantly surprised at how kind everyone was, because of the staff, we had such a great time. Then the whole staff came out with a slice of pie and a candle and sang happy birthday to my friend and it totally made her day and mine. I cant Express in words how much it means to me that they treated us like family and made sure we had the beat time ever, my friend couldn't stop mentioning it through out the whole day. Thank you Swiss chalet for hiring Simran and all the staff there, they are a perfect team and because of them, we will be back quicker then we anticipated. Thank you Simran and all the wonderful staff, you guys absolutely Rock ❤
