I had a really disappointing experience at this Subway location. I went there close to closing time and I wasn’t even feeling well and just wanted to quickly grab a salad bowl. The older man working there clearly looked annoyed the moment I walked in, which already made the experience uncomfortable.
I ordered a veggie bowl with a veggie patty, and everything was done in such a rushed and careless way. He literally added tomatoes and cucumbers without even slicing them properly. Even after I politely asked him to slice them, he only sliced a few cucumber pieces and ignored the rest. I also asked for fried onions, and he barely added 4/5 pieces - which is not even a teaspoon of fried onions. On top of that, he completely forgot to add the rice to the bowl.
Customer service was extremely poor. He was rude, unwelcoming, and seemed more interested in closing quickly than serving food properly. I understand it was near closing time, but customers should still be treated respectfully and given the food they paid for.

Terrible experience. The seller was rude and showed no respect for customers. I bought a product for $7.99, and with 13% tax the total should have been about $9.05. I gave $10, but only received $0.75 in change, which is incorrect. It’s not even about a few cents — it’s about the attitude.
What made it worse is that I asked twice for a receipt, but never received one. This is highly unprofessional and raises serious concerns about the business. I do not recommend this place.
