I went to this subway location after canada's wonderland yesterday and the toppings along with the tuna looked very old. However i still bought a 6 inch because i was starving the lettuce was brown and yellow so i told the worker to scrape away the top snd the tuna looked like it had been sitting out all day. regardless i bought it i ate it i felt super disgusting and threw up all morning. i do not recommend such a nasty place spend your money elsewhere.

Subway needs to take cross-contamination more seriously. I ordered a sub, and normally the employee uses the designated green knife for the final cut. Instead, they used a blue knife that had been used for meat products. They offered to make me a new sandwich, but by that point I was already disgusted and decided to leave. I also noticed that after making a meat sandwich, employees moved to the vegetable station without changing their gloves. They handled the salad and other vegetable toppings with the same gloves used for meat. Please pay more attention to preventing cross-contamination, especially for vegetarian customers and those with dietary or religious restrictions. Simple practices like using the correct utensils and changing gloves between handling meat and vegetables can make a big difference.

The man working there was so rude and screamed at me when I told him that there was a spill and requested if it was possible for another cup as it fell, he was so disrespectful and all the tables had food on them and the floor was sticky, overall the cleanliness was a 0/10 they need to fix their customer service and hygienic practices especially for a place like this.

I had a very disappointing experience with a male staff around 5pm. From the moment my friend and I started ordering, he was extremely rude. We were ordering together and took only about 1–2 minutes to decide what we wanted, which I believe is completely reasonable. I understand it was a busy time, but waiting 1–2 minutes should not justify such behavior. He continuously raised his voice while speaking to us, and even though the manager was standing nearby, nothing was said to address the situation. When my friend tried to intervene and calmly speak up, the male staff member became even more aggressive. He banged the bread and repeatedly told us, “Go to hell” — around four times. He also said things like, “Do whatever you want to do.” I am a regular Subway customer, and I have never experienced this level of disrespect before. The behavior was abusive, rude, aggressive, and completely unacceptable. Customers should never be spoken to in this manner. Being told “go to hell” by a staff member was extremely upsetting and made the entire experience unpleasant. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses this issue so no other customer has to go through a similar experience.
