  WARNING! DO NOT EAT HERE! When I ordered my food they offered me a discount to leave a good review, I politely declined because I was in a rush with my 2 kids. Thank god my kids only had the fries and not the hot dog like me cuz I got terrible food poisoning! After looking at more of the reviews I see that many people have been getting sick from eating here and they are hiding it with 5 star reviews from people who want a discount! Disgusting! This place should be shut down!

  Amazing service at NYF! The staff were very friendly, fast, and professional. Food was fresh and delicious, and the team made the experience even better with their positive attitude. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. Highly recommended!Ayushi,kiran and other sll staff👍🏻👍🏻

  I’ve been to this location many times and always had a pleasant experience, but today, the lady at the cash register seemed so done with her job and was just chatting with the guy beside her, not even paying attention that I was there waiting. When I spoke with her so she would acknowledge me, she rolled her eyes like I was an inconvenience. My poutine tasted fine but I’m in shock from the service I’ve received today.

  The service here is horrendous, normally I have nothing bad to say about anyone but today, wow, the rudeness was unbelievable! If you just want a hotdog no problem, eat here, but if your someone who values respect and character, you should never support a business like this.

  Stopped by today and had a really nice experience. The food was fresh and tasty, but what stood out most was the customer service at the cashier (Ayush). she was polite, patient, and made the whole ordering process smooth and welcoming. It’s always great to see staff who genuinely care about customers. Definitely coming back!
