- JEJJ eatsAug 11, 20261.01/10 I ordered three tacos (chicken, barbacoa, and carnitas), and all were disappointing. The tortillas were dry, crumbly, and had a sand‑like texture. They broke immediately and tasted undercooked — they didn’t resemble proper corn or flour tortillas at all. The meats were also very dry. The chicken was chalky and flavorless, making it completely inedible. The barbacoa and carnitas had some seasoning, but the dryness overshadowed any flavor. Because I wanted to judge the quality of the meat itself, I didn’t use any sauces, and I can confidently say the quality at this location is very poor. They need to reevaluate both the tortillas and the meat preparation. Tacos shouldn’t crumble in seconds, and the fillings shouldn’t be this dry. I would not recommend this place to anyone 1/10

They have other premium meat topping for an extra charge so maybe those are seasoned better, which I would go back to try next time. The beef was a tad oily & I think it needs to be strained more after cooking. Service was excellent & friendly.

There were no other customers in the store. The tables were all dirty. The service was abrupt and very unfriendly. The food was disappointing. The cali crunch bowl was dry (no customization was permitted). Had they put sauce directly on top of the rice it might not have been so dry. But hence we were told no customization. The fries they put in it were cold and soggy. Very skimpy amount of chicken. We wouldn’t go back. We’ll stick to our usual burrito places.
