    I visited yesterday and the two indian girls working were very hostile and rude and lacked basic customer service skills. Food was cold and unappetizing. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this location and won’t be visiting again!

    I had a very disappointing experience at Mr. Sub today. I was there around 1:35–1:59 PM, and the service was extremely slow. The two employees working were spending most of the time talking to each other while I was waiting, and when I asked about my order, I was repeatedly told to wait longer or leave. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but the attitude and lack of customer service were very frustrating. I felt completely dismissed as a customer. I hope management addresses this because customers should be treated with basic respect and professionalism.
