  We were in town for a convention which is what brought us to this location, plus we were looking for somewhere to eat that was open late. We came across this Kelsey's that was near our hotel and it had good reviews so we decided to give it a shot. The food for the most part was ok, my son said the soup was watery when it was supposed to be creamy and we both found our chicken almost to be a little soggy instead of being crispy, my sandwich was also mainly bread and had very little toppings and for that, that is the reason it lost one star. The poutine however was delicious but I wish they would have put it on a bigger plate or in a bigger bowl. The service was fantastic, we had our server plus his training shadow, which was a lovely young woman. Both were very polite, friendly and on the ball. The atmosphere was great, we did go late so it was nice and quiet and everything was nice and clean. A little pricey though for what we got. I would go back to give their food another shot if I'm ever out that way again.

  Shimeko was genuinely one of the best servers I’ve ever had. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. He reassured us that if we needed anything, he’d be there to help, and his warm, welcoming attitude made the experience even better. Amazing service will most definitely be coming back because of him!!

  Shimko was genuinely the best server I’ve ever had. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and made the whole experience amazing from start to finish. You can tell he truly cares about his guests and goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. Easily the best service I’ve ever received — I’ll 100% be coming back because of him.

  Had dinner at Kelsey’s last night, nothing fancy, decent food but I truly appreciated our server. Nora was extremely welcoming, attentive and friendly. She was so lovely, patient and continued filling up our drinks which is always a plus. The food came out quite fast, which was great, and she served it right away to us and made sure we had everything we needed. She checked up on us a few times- the perfect amount- and recommended a delicious dessert! Would definitely return but would request Nora as my server!

  Dianna was so sweet and made the whole experience way better. She was super friendly, checked in on us the perfect amount, and just had such a good vibe the entire time. The food was also amazing everything came out fresh and tasted so good. My whole family really enjoyed the dinner and we all left happy. Definitely one of the nicest dining experiences we’ve had in a while :)
