  Great concept, frustrating execution We were excited to visit, but the experience fell short. A lot of the machines are on the older side, and several times we swiped our card, it registered the charge, and no game started. After the third time, staff seemed annoyed with us rather than helpful, even though it was clearly a machine issue. Some machines also didn't award the correct number of tickets. We also discovered at the prize counter, where the ticket cost for prizes didn't match what was displayed once items were scanned. Staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than helping guests, and we never felt like anyone was looking out for us. The games themselves can be fun, but with this many tech and pricing issues, it's hard to feel like you're getting your money's worth. I hope management looks into maintaining the machines and training staff to handle these situations better.

  Extremely poor customer service from the restaurant manager & lack of transparent pricing on their new menu. The manager had poor attitude: - she was NOT apologetic and did not show any sympathy as to why I was frustrated - she RUDELY asked me twice "did you eat the wings?" which was not relevant to my initial complaint about the lack of transparency of pricing in the menu & the lack of communication from the server - she did NOT acknowledge that the server could have clarified that the 2nd item that I ordered from this eat and play combo menu would be full price ($20) instead of $3.99 (which is what is shown on the menu) - she did not smile one time and looked as if she hated her job What happened on Sat Oct 17 @ 6:30pm: - from the attached "new play and eat combo" menu, I told my server that I would have the double cheeseburger ($9.99) and physically pointed on the menu that I would also add the bone-in wings (+$3.99) to this meal - immediately afterwards, the server asked me what sauce I wanted with those wings (instead of warning me about any price discrepancy) I expected that the cost of the food with be ~$14 (as did the other 6 adults at my table). When the bill came, I was surprised to be charged full price for the wings ($20) & also $9.99 entree. I requested my server to adjust the pricing but she apologized and stated that she could not do anything about this. I asked to speak with her manager, which turner out to be an even more frustrating experience. The only solution the manager offered was to give a 50% discount on the wings so it became $10 (instead of the full price of $20). I expressed that I was extremely disappointed about this experience and was not happy with this solution. It is not about the money but the true problem lays in the lack of clarity about pricing from the server & menu AND rude treatment from the manager. I have been a 15+ year customer of this location but due to this incident, I will NOT be coming back. There are better restaurants & arcades (ie. Playdium, Chuck-E-Cheese) in the area. It's my first time giving a 1 star review to a business but I wanted to warn others about the poor service that I received & deceptive wording on their menu to avoid getting ripped off. The D&B leadership team at Vaughan need to seriously consider how to better train their restaurant managers, servers & changing the wording on their new menu. This is unacceptable.

  Amazing experience with Khushi! I was sitting at the bar waiting for my takeout order, and Khushi made the whole time so enjoyable. She brought me my drink right away and kept it refilled while I waited. My food came out quickly and was packed perfectly with extra napkins and cutlery, nothing was missing. What made it truly special was her kindness and warmth. She was so genuine and friendly that I ended up sitting there talking with her for a while. Her positive energy just lit everything up. She was a real ray of sunshine. Thank you, Khushi, I appreciate you so much!

  The food was not my favourite. However, the fries are cooked to perfection, my poutine came out amazing. I did not personally like the chciken quesadilla (I always find melted cheese on the outside of tortillas to taste just like burnt... salty... matter....) the alcoholic drinks? I loved mine. I couldn't even snap a photo after my tastetest. The drink was just gone. My server was attentive and she also was super informative. She helped me pick out the amazing drink, she checked in often and could easily be found for assistance. The server also helped explain the game card loading which was super helpful, I felt like an expert by the end. The games were amazing. So much fun! A couple of games were not Functional when we used them so we lost a few "coins" on our preloaded card. However, I saw maintenance staff frequented the floor so it was not for long. I LOVED the stranger things ball game and had a few amazing rounds of skee-ball. If youre looking for something to do on any day.... take the plunge. Come here. Try having fun.

  My friends and I went to play pool, but unfortunately, the girl at the front desk was rude and refused to let us play. When we asked for a reason, she gave us 2–3 different explanations that didn’t make much sense. The first reason she gave was that they don’t allow anyone to enter for pool after 12:30 a.m. However, it was only 12:28 a.m. when we inquired, so we were still within that time. The second reason was that they had to start their closing procedures. Seriously? The posted closing time was 2:00 a.m., so refusing customers 1 hour and 30 minutes before closing seems unreasonable, especially when we were there before 12:30 a.m. We then asked where this policy was written or posted, and she admitted that it wasn’t written anywhere. At that point, we were genuinely confused about what was happening. Overall, it was a very poor customer experience. If there is a specific policy about the last entry time for pool, it should be clearly communicated or posted rather than giving customers different explanations at the front desk.
