We came here on a Thursday night and we though it would be a nice change since it has been a while. WE WERE COMPLETELY WRONG. First of all the food was cold, chicken wings pasta and and sliders. It was not busy at all so it did not make sense as to why it was so cold. we asked for mocktails and specifically said no alcohol pointed at the menu and made sure that is what we ordered and the waitress brough it over and it had tequila. We told her before hand for health reason we cannot have alcohol and still she didn't care. She wasn't even apologetic at all. 3 or four of the gaming machines were down. Even then we still tried to have a good time. The worst was the bartender in the gaming area, my wife stood there for ten minutes trying to order fried and a drink for my son, with no luck I stood there being patient trying to wave her down. They still had an hour to go before closing so I do not know why cleaning the bar top is more priority then serving customers. Then when I asked her fries she said kitchen is closed, and when i asked for the drink she told me to wait. I even tried speaking to the manager but they wouldn't get one. We got our drink paid and just left. Do not visit this location staff does not care about customers. Busy or not its not priority. we were there for a couple hours trying to have a good time but this is not the Dave and busters I knew from years ago. You are better off going to the Rec Room. Way better staff and service.

The epitome of inflation and subpar service that is dominating the Canadian entertainment and food.
From the moment you get into the door it's already flawed for newcomers from out of town. They did show us a game meal combo but it's was a limited menu, so it would be nice if they actually show the full menu so people can make an informed decision on what is the better value.
We opted out of the combo just to see the full menu later but it ended up being pointless since the menu wasn't even that much more choices from the combo menu.
As a result due to lack of information at the front door we feel we got robbed out of saving $, which is partly on us but also on them for not leaving a full menu at the main entrance.
Don't bother reserving a table - worthless endeavor as one server already was giving our booked table to another person complaining how they had a large birthday party. We won our table eventually given ours was booked months in advanced but they made a fuss over our table complaining for at least 20 minutes. Honestly staff should have been more organized when it comes to reservations, as this was our youngest birthday as well.
Kids menu is limited to 12 and under so even if your a small eater tough luck.
A single scoop of mashed potatoes without any additions is described as "loaded mashed potatoes" charging $7.49.
What other places would consider a half quesadilla that was bland and flavourless for $17.49.
A burger that is only about 17% larger than a slider.
Side ribs that are more bone than meat that risk a choking hazard.
A side dish of coleslaw that the first taste included a piece that couldn't be bitten into.
Steak asked for medium got rare instead for $38.99 where the beat things on the plate were the mushrooms and potatoes.
They even have a warning on the menu that despite making everything to order that things may still may be raw and may lead to health problems.
Games were the same as every other arcade (playdium, etc) game cards over priced and nothing really driving you to feel like it's a fun environment by aesthetics or sounds only saving grace is spacious and clean. There are better prizes handed out for tickets at movie theaters and other site competition.
Staff are friendly but also seem clueless when addressing concerns or even trying to answer questions. Like when we bought unlimited play cards prize tickets capped at 1500 per card, so my eldest son wanted to get a regular play card added to that later but they didn't understand why or how to and he lost his accumulated tickets as a result. A needless complication they clearly can't handle.
If you value your money, your time, your taste buds... STAY THE HECK AWAY.

Really disappointed with my experience at Dave & Buster’s. Multiple games charged my card more than once, but the games either never started or kicked me out before I could even play. It happened several times throughout the night and completely ruined the experience. For how expensive everything already is, the games should at least work properly. Staff didn’t seem very helpful either. Definitely not worth the money this time. Date and time May 2, 2026 9pm

We came to Dave & Buster’s to celebrate my son’s birthday, and it turned into such a great experience—largely thanks to our waiter, Anthony.
Anthony was genuinely outstanding. He was attentive without being overbearing, made sure everything came out smoothly, and kept checking in at just the right moments. He was also warm and engaging with our family, which really added to the celebratory atmosphere. It’s not easy to manage a busy environment like this and still make guests feel taken care of, but he did it effortlessly.
Because of Anthony, the whole experience felt easy, fun, and special—exactly what you want for a birthday celebration.

Most of the machines were either out of service or just eating credits and not starting. Also had a really scary incident of a group of white men and children whipping a hard plastic ball at the back of mine and my partners head (both poc). When we told security they scoffed us off, said absolutely nothing in response, and walked away. Was an incredibly disheartening experience for a case so severe. Had that ball landed, either of us could be in the ER right not, but I guess to D&B security racially motivated violence is just an everyday occurrence. Would absolutely NOT recommend for any poc to visit this location at least—for if anything happens the staff will offer absolutely zero support. Weird place with weird people.
