  Weirdest experience ever, came here to watch a world cup game, the whole place is empty, and they keep saying we have no tables cause of no show reservations, even after 15 mins with half the game over the whole place is empty and we found ourselves a table. Now they are not serving us cause who knows why. Very very bad experience and service The server responsible primarily is Mimi, she was behaving in a very disrespectful manner and trying to feel all powerful telling people there are no tables while its completely empty.

  Just celebrated a milestone birthday for my wife at D&B.All the staff was great and accommodating however I do want to recognize our lead server Debbie. She was one of the best I have encountered in a long time.  I have been doing group parties for a over a decade several at D&B primarily business but this was a personal birthday party.  To say she went above and beyond to make everything perfect is an understatement. She genuinely cares about providing the best experience, constantly communicating and asking if everything is okay.  Thank you Debbie for your personal touch.

  FLASE ADVERTISMENT ALERT: I will not be returning to this location or any of other venues of this business due to misleading advertising and extremely poor customer service. On Father’s Day, I brought my father and family to Vaughan, Ontario location to watch the FIFA match at 3:00 PM. To our disappointment, all of the main viewing areas—those prominently advertised on website and reservation platforms—were closed. Instead, we were directed to a section with the smallest TV in the venue, which was completely unsuitable for watching a major sporting event. To make matters worse, this area was occupied by a large children’s birthday party, creating a noisy and chaotic environment that made it impossible to enjoy the game. When we raised our concerns and asked the manager to open one of the advertised viewing areas, our request was dismissed with little to no effort to accommodate us. We were told staffing was the issue, but that does not justify advertising spaces that are not actually available. This experience was frustrating and disappointing, especially on a special occasion like Father’s Day. What should have been an enjoyable outing turned into a poorly managed and unpleasant visit.

  We visited for lunch on a hot summer day to escape the heat. The indoor area is very spacious and well-air-conditioned, making it a comfortable place to hang out with family. One side features a large bar area with giant screens where people were enjoying beers while watching sports games.For lunch, we ordered nachos, a burger, and a cream rigatoni pasta along with some drinks. The nachos were a great starter, and the rigatoni pasta had a nice, thick texture that held the cream sauce well. The burger was also decent with a juicy patty.The arcade area has a wide variety of games. The kids especially loved the Minecraft Dungeons Arcade game because it dispenses physical collectible cards after each play. After gaming, we stopped by the Winner’s Circle to trade our points for some plushies. It’s a solid, air-conditioned indoor spot for food and entertainment when it's too hot outside.

  The service from our waitress was amazing she did nothing wrong and was very professional as well as the service technician for the games at the arcade however the food was absolutely disgusting I would not recommend the chicken sandwich as it was just coated in sauce that made me almost throw up in the bathroom. After dinner for 2 and a $60 game credit with my total bill before tip was $160 for 2 meals 2 alcoholic drinks and $60 worth of games however once we were done eating and went to play games almost none of the games we tried worked I will include some of the games that did not work in the photos after the 6th game I tried to play didn’t work or function at all I had to go to the manager who instantly shoved it off to the service technician where I had to bring him to all the games that did not work and he was very nice and helpful even refunding the credits back on the card and giving me tickets as an apology and the manager gave us a $25 credit to use at another Dave and Buster location. I will never be returning to this Dave and Busters again and would strongly recommend going to a different location if you wanted food or to play games the drinks however were absolutely amazing it was such a huge disappointment that half of the games did not work. I don’t expect food quality to be to high from an arcade but to not even have working games was just such a disappointment and I would of way preferred to put that money somewhere else where I could actually enjoy myself. I thought that I at 6pm it was oddly not busy inside and I can now understand why.
