When I explained the mobile app issue, the staff member working the register was dismissive and unhelpful. When my mobile order finally went through, I politely asked to modify a side item, but she refused abruptly with an unpleasant attitude. I was then made to wait nearly 10 minutes for a simple side of chips while being ignored when asking for an update, which completely ruined my break. Customer service at the front register needs serious improvement. Please train your employees properly @chipotle. IT COSTS NOTHING TO BE KIND 🙂
- CCChrisAug 26, 20262.0Food was solid , their was a staff member who was extremely rude and stated I was making a issue due to asking “ if that is the regular amount of guac you guys typically give “ He refused to answer me and decided it was appropriate to say that “is it that serious “and mean mug me, until another one of his coworkers decided to step in and answer my question I was asking , which I did appreciate , but due to this very poor employee communications skills I wouldn’t recommend this place. It was a tall male employee who was disrespectful.
- SSSahib SinghAug 24, 20261.0I visited this location and picked up a Chipotle Honey Chicken bowl with guacamole around 1:30 PM today, and the chicken throughout the entire bowl was super raw and almost impossible to chew. The lady employee working at the grill at that time seemed completely uninterested in her work, which likely explains why the meat was not given enough time on the grill. This is not just a quality issue, it is a severe food safety hazard. Consuming this resulted in food poisoning. Management needs to inspect their kitchen procedures and address this immediately to ensure other customers are not exposed to raw poultry. Highly disappointed and concerned.

The grill was covered with built-up grease and grime, which gave me serious concerns about the kitchen’s hygiene. The restaurant needs much better cleaning and maintenance of its cooking equipment. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the cleanliness of the restaurant for both customers and employees.
