  very bad customer service 😔 Customer service is terrible. If you're waiting for your order, they’ll leave you waiting forever. The person at the counter doesn’t care — if a walk-in customer comes in, they’ll serve them first and leave you standing there. They also have zero respect for delivery drivers’ time. They keep us waiting while they serve everyone inside first. They don’t get that a delivery driver doesn’t get paid by the hour — we get paid per delivery. Every minute they make us wait is money we lose. And it’s even worse if you already paid for your order in the app. You arrive, you’ve paid, and you still have to beg to get your food. If you’re going to offer delivery, at least learn to respect the order queue. This is not how you run a business.

  First time at this particular location. The service was good, didn't have to wait long. The food was decent, years ago when Burger King was a new thing,the WHOPPERS were AMAZING, however since moving to Ontario I find that they are just not the same. Pretty Good but not how I remember them. THE PRICES WITH THE COUPONS were great! That's primarily why I went here. The Chicken however was NOT GOOD. Had a weird taste to it. So wasn't happy with that. Overall I would rate my experience here as a 6/10. Im a huge proponent of FIRST IMPRESSIONS, if this was a great first visit my review would be glowing with positive comments. The gentleman who served me was nice, I will say that. Thanks for reading my review. 👌🙂

  I was having troubles with placing my uber order as it kept getting cancelled. Was slightly frustrated. As I arrived to the store the lady at the counter helped me so much and came to a solution so I could get my food :). Too kind, we need more people like her.

  Recently had an experience at this restaurant that warranted a 5 star review. Had a mobile order for some cheese tots but unfortunately got the wrong item. It happens, people make mistakes. Came around the drive thru once again and explained it and without question they made it right by giving me my desired item with extra tots, and apple pies as a sorry. The customer service here is always exceptional and the food is always made fresh. Hope the staff here is recognized for their efforts.
