    Ordered today around 10:40 PM. First, we had to wait at the drive-thru window for about 5–7 minutes before anyone came to assist us, and the staff attitude was not welcoming. I ordered a vanilla shake, but it was not blended properly. The poutine was also not prepared properly, with almost no gravy at all. Overall, the experience was disappointing.

    Waited for 5 minutes to get my order takes with them clearly seeing me there and ignored while they move glacial slow. Had to order on self serve because of slow service.
