  Absolutely disgusting dirty environment! Not clean. Came with two small children and they commented that it was dirty. Gravy was so watered down with no taste I even had to question if is was even kfc gravy. The Big Crunch sandwich was not fully cooked with an old bun. Will never be back

  Disappointing customer service. There was a misunderstanding while I was making my order. Instead of clarifying, the older gentleman at the counter made a snarky comment under his breath that I “wasn’t listening,” which was completely unnecessary. After I addressed it, he acknowledged it had been a miscommunication but never apologized for the comment. I work in customer service myself, so I understand that misunderstandings happen. However, this also isn’t my first interaction with this employee, and he consistently has a rude undertone when dealing with customers. I hope management addresses this, as treating customers with respect goes a long way.
