  Disappointing customer service. There was a misunderstanding while I was making my order. Instead of clarifying, the older gentleman at the counter made a snarky comment under his breath that I “wasn’t listening,” which was completely unnecessary. After I addressed it, he acknowledged it had been a miscommunication but never apologized for the comment. I work in customer service myself, so I understand that misunderstandings happen. However, this also isn’t my first interaction with this employee, and he consistently has a rude undertone when dealing with customers. I hope management addresses this, as treating customers with respect goes a long way.

  Always an issue with air conditioning or heater in here. They also have their washrooms blocked off. Speakers are crackly. And they never have uber eats orders ready in a timely manner. KFC is also really unhealthy. Just horrendous all around here.

  The worst kfc. Avoid it. Waiting 5 minutes for someone to come out. Then waiting 30 minutes for food, to have a big hair in the middle of it. The list continues on this experience.
