  Completely messed up my meal and just straight up forgot to give me the food I ordered. After complaining they still don’t even offer to pay for the delivery fees for the food I actually ordered so now I have to spend even more money to get the meal I originally ordered delivered. Shame on this multi-billion dollar company.

  It's a busy place. Food is always fresh. Staff are professional and take pride of their work. It's a different vibe you’ll get. They are welcoming and greet you with smile. It's fast service. I can tell customer service experience is their priority. One of their team leaders said "Did you follow up on customer's complaint? When I overheard this, I knew I was in the right place. This restaurant looks clean and the staff maintain it real good. The mayor came to visit, it was so much fun!

  Ordered a large size combo, received the receipt that said medium, so I immediately informed the cashier, they informed me that no problem sir, will give you a large size that for you no charge, got my order.... medium.

  A little different than most locations because it is located in a plaza. Strange set up for the drive through and to be honest hard to get in and out of there with a larger truck. Other than that everything was great!

  HI MICHEAL， 昨晚对我来说，是一段很特别的经历。 在McDonald's里，一个原本再普通不过的夜晚，却因为遇见你，变得不再普通。 那是我准备离开万锦、回多伦多的最后一分钟。 在此之前，我刚吃完一个Happy Meal，坐在角落休息，旁边是六个中国高中生，一起打游戏、聊天、嬉闹。 那一刻，我其实在观察，也在思考—— 这次专门来到万锦，是想看看这里的教育环境，是否真的值得我未来带着孩子搬离现在生活的London。 说实话，从那六个孩子身上，我没有找到答案。 直到我看见你。 你一个人坐在最角落，戴着耳机，安静、专注，和周围的喧闹形成鲜明对比。 不知道为什么，那一刻，我很想走过去，和你聊一聊。 从晚上9点20，到10点20，短短一个小时的交流，却让我印象深刻。 你身上那种成熟、谦逊、独立、自律，以及清晰的目标感，完全超出了同龄人的状态。 你跟我讲，从小学毕业就来到加拿大，妈妈陪读初中，到后来独自在这里读高中； 你经历过疫情的孤独、语言的障碍、文化的冲击，也经历过迷茫、体重的变化、情绪的低谷…… 但你说的一句话，让我记住了—— “这些困难，反而让我具备了后来可以一个人在这里坚持下去的能力。” 那一刻，我其实是有一点触动的。 因为我这次来万锦，本来是带着“是否要给孩子换一个更大的环境、更激烈的赛道”的问题来的。 在见到你之前，我是犹豫的。 但在和你聊完之后，我突然变得坚定。 不是因为万锦本身，而是因为—— 我看到了，在这样的环境中，一个真正有内驱力的孩子，可以成长成什么样子。 你让我意识到，环境只是土壤， 真正决定一个人高度的，是他在困难中长出来的那部分力量。 你身上已经有了。 所以我想跟你说—— 你的未来，是有无限可能的。 你接下来要去University of British Columbia读国际经济， 我相信，这只是你人生很小的一段起点。 也许有一天，我真的会去温哥华，去UBC找你喝一杯咖啡，看看你当初说的那些目标，已经走到了哪里。 昨晚10点半，我开车离开的时候，一点都不困。 不是因为咖啡，而是因为那一小时的对话，让人清醒，也让人充满希望。 谢谢你，MICHEAL。 你让我重新看清了一些关于教育、关于成长、也关于选择的事情。 ——也欢迎后期与你聊天，甚至对你数学学习过程中问题的讨论。 一个在万锦麦当劳和你偶遇的大哥。 James
