  I was at this location last night at around 9:30 and there was a huge line and only one employee there. This place has a huge problem with understaffing, especially on a holiday weekend which is completely unacceptable. The only reason why I'm not giving this Dairy Queen a one star is because the ice cream was really good and the young woman behind the counter was an absolute champ. Despite how stressed she must've felt and how many impatient people she must've been dealing with, Amie was still incredibly attentive and nice to us and everyone in line before us. She even had to deal with online orders on top of all that! 5 stars for Amie, 1 star for management.

  Came here Sunday night around 9pm, mildly busy, waited 45 minutes for them to serve MAYBE one customer. There were only 2 parties in front of us. Insanely slow and understaffed - only saw one employee, with no urgency. Had to leave to a different location, and got served immediately. Disappointing and a waste of time.

  I rarely post anything negative, but this one is a must. Middle-aged male cashier/staff.. could use a bit of improvement on customer service skills. And that is an understatement.

  This place can be a hit or miss. However in the past few months (ever since the old firehall closed down) this place has been missing even more
