  Guess I can strike this fast food off the list . Do not even bother going here. No customer service , no quality of product. Must check your order is correct and things are not missing if you go through the drive thru every time. Wow how they have sank in the kfc name. Poutine with no gravy. Parked car went back in and the girl at the counter was puzzled when I said there’s no gravy. She said go you want me to just put some in it? I said absolutely not i d like a fresh new one. This one’s now cold . I received another poutine, I could not observe The staff putting it together. When I opened it in the car I believe it was my original poutine now in a soup of watery gravy. Unbelievably poor service all around. Don’t waste your money here in Trenton.

  I ordered KFC tonight for dinner and it says its suppose to feed 5 and I had 4 and we're still hungry. I dont recommend to order KFC we got barely any fries and not enough chicken it's completely too expensive for not enough food. I'm very angry and disappointed.

  Me and my friends went in drive through and there was no one and i mean no one behind us or infront of us but the drive through lady was rushing us and we don’t speak well english and we are from Qatar so we drove up window to pay from the phone and the phone was lacking and she was very disrespectful and slammed the window down as hard as she could and we had a trauma. worst experience ever never coming back.

  I am throughly disappointed by the lack of customer service I was provided with today. The lady behind the counter was rude And made me feel like I was an inconvenience. I was the only one in line so it wasn’t busy, I understand days can be overwhelming but when dealing with the public really, you should be polite. I never ever review places when I have poor service because I understand this, but I have never felt like I was such an inconvenience before. I hope it was just a bad day for her, otherwise maybe she isn’t meant for the chicken business. 🐥
