  This wasn't the first time.e the management/service staff could not even complete or even start an order. I tried to make an order inside because I could not do it outside and a) the person at the counter was not able to process it because of the cash register not registering it, /computer was down/ she then told the cooks what to do . She came back and told me I couldn't pay by credit card , only debit card. There were customers behind me. I told them we could not pay by by credit card at which time the service person told me I was drunk . I insisted that I in fact was not drunk and was offended and she maintained that I in fact was drunk, yelled back to rhe cooks and I think canceled the order KFC, at this stage of service that is beyond poor and into an actual attack I. suggest you check your cameras and be prepared for a lawsuit.

  Iam a uber delivery driver i did try to use the washroom is no light inside the washroom. and almost 3 weeks they didn't fix the washroom there is a sign at the door not in use i don't understand how long should be take time to fix this washroom for the customer and the lady in the cashier she's soo rude with me she say I don't care you can not use the washroom . Please try to fix the KFC washroom in trenton for the customer . Washroom is very important for the all restaurant in canada

  This was the greasiest chicken we’ve ever had. It was soggy and we had a pool of grease at the bottom of the bucket. First and last time going there. Definitely avoid this location!

  Candice and her team are awesome! They demonstrated excellent dedication to customer satisfaction, and the food was fresh and hot. Highly recommended location.
