  Always a great place to come for dinner or dessert staff is always friendly and great to deal with would highly recommend this location to anyone will definitely be returning.

  Stopped in for a blizzard. It was delicious and as expected. The thing I liked most was the atmosphere and attitude of the employees. They were friendly, customer service was timely, and the employees sounded like they were actually enjoying their shift. Clearly good dynamic between shift members. The positivity in the restaraunt alone was more welcoming than the place I went to down the street just minutes before. Good job Dairy Queen 5 stars

  I’m a regular there and tonight was terrible for service. Ordered online and my husband picked up, when he got home we were missing a spoon for a sundae, the drink for the meal, paid for extra queso sauce and only got one. Paid an extra $1.50 to add chocolate to the sundae and got 1/2 of the normal cherry sauce and 1/2 chocolate. Totally skimped out on the sauce. Hubby got a blizzard and it was about 3/4 full. $50 for 2 meals and a cheeseburger plus pretzel sticks is crazy for what we got.

  I went through the drive through in Trenton. My partner then started eating on the way home. In the car and we noticed the order was wrong (cheese when no cheese was requested). We stopped at the Belleville location as we were already closer to see if they could fix it and they said no. $15 wasted. Should've been an easy fix.

  The guy that took my order in the drive through was extremely polite, kind, and attentive, I was having a bad day and he turned it around. He made sure I had everything I'd need and gave me a good amount of napkins, which is rare these days. It's the little things that make a big difference. Wish I took note of his name. The food was great, I got the original burger with fries, no complaints. I always forget DQ does more than icecream, it's nice to have another option sometimes. Overall, great experience. A lot of bad reviews on here, you try working in fast food, it's a tough job. Relax, people make mistakes you're eating at Dairy Queen not a Michelin Star restaurant.
