  I had an unpleasant experience with Rhea today. She was the only cashier on duty and came across as rude and discourteous. She rushed customers' orders, had the speakers blasting loudly, and was aggressive throughout our interaction.

  Rhea, the only cashier on today’s evening’s shift, came across as passive-aggressive and impolite. While we would have understood if it had been a busy time, it really wasn’t. She rushed orders and went around appearing to look for things to clean in the dining area—perhaps the washroom could have been cleaned instead. The music was also unnecessarily loud for dine-in customers, and some of the songs contained slurs and explicit language. We politely asked if the volume could be lowered slightly. She simply replied, “I’ll see what I can do,” but nothing changed. Customer service is demanding, but courtesy—especially when it’s reciprocated—should always be the standard.

  Food is good as always. But I REALLY enjoy the staff. This one girl named Tejaswee (name was on my receipt) is always so kind. She goes out of her way and she’s very speedy yet great with customer service. She’s by far my favourite employee when I go in!

  Wingstop has been a favorite for a while. We've been to several locations but frequent this one often since it's closer to work. Service is good, staff friendly and food hot and delicious. Lots of variety with flavors. The corn and fries are yummy. Not the cleanest of locations, most likely because of the high traffic of customers. Usually a short wait for a table. Not the most convenient for families with small children since it doesn't have a lot of regular tables. Some of them are too high for smaller kids. Parking is a challenge. Takeout is a good option. A must if you love chicken wings.
