The Crown At Theale

Built in the 17th Century the crown has been given a new lease of life. Reopening under new ownership in May 2021 the pub has been brought back to the village community once again. Featuring a huge new and covered outdoor area and open garden. Our kitchen is now open on limited days. Please see our website and socials for details. We show all the major sports channels including Sky and TNT. We can cater for private parties, corporate events and weddings at any time. For complete dining our sister pub The Bull at Theale is located a 4 minute walk up the high street. Please note that children are not permitted on the premises after 7.30pm. (unless for private hire parties)
