Feel right at home every time I go there. Very personable and professional staff. Among so many nice and welcoming people, Crystal was a standout. Great person and goes above and beyond with service and treatment. Food is always prepared with care, produce is always fresh, and attention is always payed to the details of your particular order. And last but not least; their secret sauce is incredible! Best secret sauce only any burger joint in Toronto. Bar none. Treat yourselves.

Ordered through Uber, they had a 2 for price of one offer. I usually like their burgers the buns & meat is fresh but its usually from their York Mill location. However the burgers that were delivered were awful. It came on a bed of soggy brown lettuce, where was the bun? I am sure l didn't order it on a bed of lettuce. And the beef patty was awful... I could taste the lower quality beef right away, it was chewy and had no taste and not well don as requested! Cost though Uber was not worth the meal that arrived, a waste of hard earned $$. Never again from this location!!!

A small and cozy spot with limited seating. We ordered the Classic Chicken Sandwich and Impossible Burger, and both were delicious. The food was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. A good option for a quick and tasty meal.

UPDATE, August 13: Management reached out to me following my original review and took the time to address my concerns. I appreciate that they acknowledged what happened, apologized for the experience, and made a genuine effort to make things right. I also returned to this location today and had a much better experience. The staff I interacted with on this visit were friendly and professional, and the service was significantly better. While I did not encounter the same employee involved in my original experience, I appreciate how management handled my complaint and the effort they made to resolve the situation. I’m glad to have had a much more positive experience this time around, and I hope that level of customer service continues going forward. ________________________________________________ THE PAST: August 11, I had a dreadful customer service experience at this location. My order was shown as ready at approximately 9:54 p.m., so I entered the store and explained that I was there to pick it up. The employee I spoke with was extremely dismissive and came across as arrogant and snobbish. After I gave her my name, she abruptly told me, “Your name is not this,” which caught me completely off guard. I then pulled up the app on my phone to show her my order and tried to explain the situation, but she appeared to deliberately ignore me and continued handling other orders instead of addressing my concern. At that point, I had to raise my voice and say, “Excuse me, my order is supposed to be ready. I ordered from the app.” Only then did she acknowledge me again and ask for my name a second time. After I provided it, she finally gave me the order that had already been prepared. What made the interaction even more frustrating was that she did not apologize or acknowledge how she had treated me. Instead, she continued insisting, “Your name was not this,” and appeared to remain in denial about the situation. However, that was never the issue I was trying to raise with her. I was simply trying to collect the order I had placed through the app and that the app already showed as ready for pickup. This was an unnecessarily frustrating and disrespectful experience. Customers should not have to repeatedly try to get an employee’s attention just to pick up an order that is already ready. I hope management reviews what happened and addresses this employee’s customer service and professionalism.
