  Horrible experience, order two entrees. The cook had no energy, would not smile back was working extremely slow as if on purpose. I asked the counter clerk when they open she replied “8” and disappeared after 8. Finally she took my order so I sat down to wait as it felt awkward with the cook staring back at me with no smile whatsoever. The lady told me my order number will be called. The gentleman behind placed his order which I over heard was padded thai while I ordered rice. So I waited over 20 mins for two fried rice, I was the cook hand it to the pad thai guy, I approach him and ask him what order number that was. He replied “two rice”. Which I replied that was my order that guy ordered pad thai. Then the cook looks at me and say I am making your pad thai now… I HAD TWO ORDERS OF RICE!. Order 74. Some serious training needs to happen. They should be announcing the order number like every other time I was there. With 10 mins before my flight the cook looks at me and says “I will make it now” like, I don’t want to wait another 20 mins. If you hate your job quit and give it to someone else that can be helpful and smile at least. Will be the last time I head to that restaurant. I requested a refund and left hungry and annoyed. 😑 I have reached out via the owner comment left on my review. Will update this review once contacted. This was the reply I got. Some automated message… no resolution at all. What a joke!!! The owner replies here for me to get a message that the owner has been notified. No wonder looking at your other reviews most are 1 star. I would give 0 if an option cause 1 is too many in this case. Please order from another place and avoid this place at all cost! $35 for two scoops of rice is robbery “Hi Darrell, Thank you for your message and for bringing this matter to our attention, as this is certainly not the experience we want our valued customers to have.   I’m so happy the green chicken curry is delicious. The price is reasonable. The most amazing me is the open kitchen. The cook fried wok in front of you with the fire.

  Food is decent but the entire chain is constantly misrepresenting Thai food. I'm Thai and I don't know what I'm looking at on the menu and the server who is clearly not Thai tried to argue with me about it. The food is good enough, but it is far from an authentic experience. I would recommend teaching your staff to know the differences instead of arguing with people about what they are trying to order.
