- PEPerfect Planet ExplorersSep 11, 20261.0The Mango Thai Salad here is NOT an actual Thai mango salad. Kindly do not order this from here. For $7, they literally give you a little lettuce with just a few slices of mango. That’s it. Absolutely disappointing! I would not recommend ordering this. Kindly remove this from your menu or make it like actual Thai mango salad.

The chef was also very slow, and you had to ask separately for everything—napkins, soy sauce, peanuts, etc. they dont have plat for dine in customers and serve it take out paper bags. What surprised me most was the peanuts. They weren’t in sealed packaging and looked like they had been packed in-house. This was the first time I’ve seen this at a Thai Express, and honestly, it really hurts the brand’s image. I expected a much better experience from such a well-known chain.

Also, apparently each food comes with one napkin, no soy sauce, and no peanuts unless you asked for each of them separately and you get one!!! Would have been much nicer to put these not pricy items on the counter so people can serve themselves. Took way too long for food to get prepared and almost all customers were agitated. Unfortunate but not trying this location again.
