In addition, the chopsticks are so thin they are unusable. For almost $17 for a simple dish I would expect to use my utensils. I will not be having from this location again.

I usually trust Thai Express because I’ve had great food at other locations, but the experience at the Dufferin Mall location was absolutely terrible. I wish I had checked the reviews first because the low rating clearly reflects the reality. The staff working there were arguing with each other the entire time, which made the whole place feel chaotic and unprofessional. I ordered green curry and what I received looked nothing like green curry. There was no coconut milk flavor, no balance, just a strange, unpleasant mixture that was honestly inedible. I had to throw the whole thing out. It’s shocking that a location carrying the Thai Express name is serving food like this. Please either fix the quality and management of this place or shut it down, because it’s seriously damaging the brand’s reputation. And I NEED REFUND !!!
