Beef tasted weird. Expensive for food court food. You’d get the same dish at an actual sit down Thai restaurant for the price.

I don't know if the cashier was mad because I modified my order but her demeanor was very off-putting. I witnessed other customers get smiles and were thanked for placing their order. For almost $17 I would prefer to spend my money where I am valued. Plus, my usual order doesn't even taste the same.

As a regular customer of Thai Express, I usually enjoy the food and service at your other locations. However, the experience at this particular branch is consistently disappointing. The lady working here is always rude and impolite. She frequently snaps at customers and responds to requests with a tone that feels hostile. Her behavior is unprofessional and disrespectful, completely disregarding basic customer service standards. This has happened multiple times, and it’s enough to make me avoid this location altogether. I hope management addresses this issue to ensure a better experience for all customers.
