  Γνωστή αλυσίδα μεξικάνικου φαγητού όμως δεν αξίζει τόσο πολύ τη φήμη και τον ντόρο που γίνεται για αυτήν καθώς ημερίδες είναι μικρές οι τιμές υψηλές και η ποικιλία τον πιάτων και ακόμα χειρότερα η γεύση αυτών είναι πολύ φτωχά αδιάφορα κάτι που δεν θα αξίζει να δώσετε λεφτά για να το αγοράσετε. Είναι μία εσχα τη λύση αν είσαι στο union station καθώς δεν μένει άλλο μαγαζί ανοιχτό μετά τις 8:00. Χορτοφαγικές επιλογές έχει μόνο 2 στα πουρίτο και μόνο μία στο τάκος κι άλλη μία σε ένα μικρό μπουρίτο που όμως τα υλικά μέσα δεν ταιριάζουν με αποτέλεσμα η γεύση να είναι κάτι περίεργο που εμένα προσωπικά με αηδίασε

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Taco Bell Union Station location. I placed a scheduled takeout order for May 4 at 5:15 PM, which included a Spicy Potato Soft Taco, Nacho Fries, and a Black Bean Grilled Cheese Burrito from the Veggie Cravings menu. Not only was my order not prepared on time, but I also found what appeared to be meat inside the burrito. As someone who is vegetarian for religious reasons, this was extremely upsetting and unacceptable. I may not have a picture, but I know what I saw, and I would not make such a serious claim lightly. I expect better care and accuracy, especially when preparing items from the vegetarian menu. Very disappointed with both the service and food handling.

  The worst customer service ever 😒 ! I placed an order on uber eats, they accepted my order, said the food was ready for pick up, there is a delivery person outside right now wondering what's going on. They hung up on me !

  I had a disappointing experience at Taco Bell Union Station on April 28 around 5:35 PM. I ordered a soft bean taco and even asked the staff to double-check and confirm my order before leaving. They assured me it was correct. However, when I opened it later on the train ride home, I found that it was actually a beef taco. Unfortunately, I had already taken a bite before realizing the mistake. This might not seem like a big issue to some, but as a vegetarian, it really matters to me. I make a conscious effort to avoid non-vegetarian food, so this mix-up was quite upsetting. The location seemed very busy, which may have contributed to the mistake, but that’s exactly why accuracy is important. If you’re ordering from here, I strongly recommend checking your order carefully before leaving. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
