- PGPaul GJul 16, 20261.0This is the nastiest fast food Ive ever eaten. The meat has to be cheapest grade possible, the texture and taste is so bad. And its not even cheap anymore. Will never eat Taco Bell again.

While waiting for my order, I counted four employees in the kitchen, yet the line was barely moving and the wait was extremely long. I work as an Uber Eats courier and pick up orders from many different restaurants every day, so I understand that delays can happen when a restaurant is very busy or short-staffed. In those situations, it’s understandable. But that wasn’t the case here. There were enough employees, yet the workflow seemed very unorganized. Because of these delays, I lose valuable working time and income. I hope the restaurant will improve its organization and speed of service, as it affects not only customers but also delivery drivers.

I asked for no lettuce on the spicy tacos and I get lettuce. I ask for no tomatoes on nacho fries and I get tomatoes. This is not the first time this has been all the time when I order from Taco Bell about four times now always makes mistakes with orders. Something needs to be done. Customers are paying for what they are requesting and not receiving it.
