  Poor customer service. When I received my order, I noticed that I wasn’t given a cup for the drink, even though it was included in the combo I purchased. I approached the cashier politely to ask for the missing cup. However, he told me that I needed to buy a drink in order to receive one. I understand that mistakes can happen, so I showed him my receipt to clarify that my order did include a drink. Unfortunately, he did not check the receipt and instead insisted that he had already given me a cup, which was not the case. It seemed like he may have confused my order with my friend’s, since we ordered the same combo. I also noticed that some crew members at the back appeared to recognize my order number, but they did not step in to assist or help clarify the situation. This made the experience feel even more frustrating, as the issue could have been resolved quickly. Overall, I felt disappointed by how the situation was handled, as my concern wasn’t properly acknowledged and it took unnecessary effort to resolve a simple issue

  Was really quick, hot food. Costomer service was none existing other than someone yelling your order number. Got supreme fries, no fork. Absolutely awesome I wanted to eat it with my fingers anyways.

  I ordered about $75–$80 worth of food at Taco Bell and politely asked if my 2-year-old daughter’s fries could be made without seasoning. The lady manager was extremely rude and told me it was “illegal” for her to sell fries without seasoning. She added that if she did it for my daughter, she’d have to do it for everyone else who asks. Today, we ate at Taco Bell in Fairview Mall and spoke with a manager prior to ordering our food. He was very helpful and accommodating. He happily prepared my daughter’s fries without seasoning and said he sees no problem with doing what makes the customer happy when asked.

  I have to start off by saying Thank you guys! I had a problem with placing my order on the app and the staff at this location was very patient and helpful placing my order. The rest of the guys seemed to work well getting the order out. .Service was better than the typical fast food service. I would definitely revisit this location for take out, dine and delivery. Great people! Foods good temp and delicious. Thank you.

  Just really bad attitudes and service. Avoid this place at all costs!! The food is trash anyways. Do yourself a favour and save your money instead of putting this garbage in your body while being treated like an inconvenience for wanting to even order here. Gross.
