My food arrived cold, and it seems that proper insulated delivery bags were not being used. When you're paying for delivery, you expect your meal to arrive hot and fresh. Unfortunately, this has happened more than once, and the quality of the food suffers because of it. I hope management and Skip can work together to improve the delivery experience for customers.
