Clara was our server. She was very polite & complimented my mom. She gave us great service with a smile. The food was delicious & large baked potatoes! Had roast beef features. Compliments to the Chefs! The fries were really hot & crispy too!

Mum and I dined here for Mothers Day on Sunday. The food was cooked very well, and everything was tasty. Our server Myles, was extremely attentive. Mum spilled her beverage, and he was quick to run over and clean it up for us. He made us feel welcome and was just so lovely!! This has possibly become our favourite location! Cheers to Miles!

I wanted to share my Mothers Day experience at Swiss Chalet. Miles was our server and he truly made my day even more special. I love coming to this location as food is always fresh and good. But today was my first Mothers Day and I felt special as Miles went above and beyond to ensure my whole family was taken care of including my baby.
I will definitely be back and hope to see Miles again

We ordered our food in advance via the Swiss Chalet call in service for fast pick up at the 590 Keele Street location . Well when I got to the location there was a substantial line up . The challenge is that the line is also for those wanting to order food from Harvey’s.
I made my way to the front of the line circumventing many who were waiting, to ask if I could pick up my preordered food. Well one very rude guy in line was not good about that. So I was on the receiving end of a few f bombs.
This location ought to have a far better system in place for those who have preordered their food, we shouldn’t have to wait in line with those have yet to order. We may just get our food elsewhere!

We tried Swiss Chalet for the first time using one of their coupon deals, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing.
The ordering process was confusing, and when we asked for clarification at the drive-thru, the staff were giggling and making side remarks. This made us feel uncomfortable and embarrassed as first time customers who were simply trying to understand the menu.
A bit more patience and clear guidance would have made a big difference. Guests shouldn’t feel judged for asking questions especially when they’re new.
I hope the team can be reminded of the importance of professionalism and respectful communication, particularly in a customer service setting.
