We took a little time choosing what we wanted, but Elyse was patient and offered her opinion and expertise. The food was great and well priced. Would eat here again, if you opened a franchise in the UK.

When I called the store to report the missing items, I was offered a $5 credit on my next order for the missing $4.50 item — thanks for the “generosity.” After declining and requesting a redelivery of the proper complete order, I was told that I would need to return the incomplete meal to the driver. In my opinion, this is very poor customer service. Further update. We specifically requested no bun in our order and added a note identifying a gluten allergy. After the redelivery arrived extremely disappointed that they put a bun into my wife’s order making it inedible. Unbelievable. Now they resending the gluten allergy order without the bun and want us to return the buns to the driver. Ridiculous.
