Have ordered at this store for the past two years
Tonight we ordered ahead placing our order at 6:04pm for 7:45pm delivery
At 8:05 we received notification from the restaurant saying our order wasn’t ready for pick up and the restaurant was not done cooking the food
Called the restaurant to speak with a manager who was extremely rude and abrupt and more interested in speaking over the customer than trying to help.
In the extremely competitive market that is Yonge and eglinton, if this is how managers are trained, they’ll be closing soon.

We received a couple coupons in the mail for this place and we've never eaten here before, so we decided to check it out. We ordered online for pickup. We ordered this dinner combo for two where it came with a side, two meals, and a dessert.
We ordered a Garden Salad for our side, two Quarter Chicken meals (one with fries and one with rice), and a Coconut Cream Pie. Our meal also came with a bread roll and gravy too.
Our meal wasn't bad, it was decent. My fries were good and so was our chicken. It came with gravy but the chicken was seasoned pretty nicely and was good on it's own. The bread roll was a little tough and hard to eat. My boyfriend was also disappointed with the rice portion size given with his meal.
The salad wasn't bad, just not anything special. It just tasted like packaged salad. The Coconut Cream Pie was great: very sweet, creamy, and had that nice subtle coconut-y flavor.
I can't comment on the ambiance because we didn't eat inside, but wait time didn't seem long after we ordered online. We only came here because it was nearby and we had coupons. Would we come back here again? Probably not. Our food wasn't bad by any means, but it just wasn't memorable. With all the other food options in the area, I'd just go somewhere else.
