  My go-to Subway whenever I’m at the office. Conveniently nestled at Park Lawn and Lakeshore. The staff are always pleasant, the toppings are fresh, and the service is consistently reliable. Special shoutout to Nily, who always provides exceptional service and makes my classic sub exactly right every time. Highly recommend this location.

  I/we’ve always loved going to Subway—it’s my go-to place. My now favourite is especially the snack-size sandwiches on the best buns ever which I’ve ordered many times at different locations without any issues.However, during my visit yesterday at this location, I was surprised by the experience. When I asked for toppings on the sandwich, the employee told me only lettuce and tomato can be added and nothing else. This was so unexpected, as I’ve had other toppings added at many other locations before without being told this. It was disappointing, especially since I was ordering for both myself and my daughter. We had just come from St Michael’s Hospital and wanted a bite after a long day. She lives around the corner in a lovely condo and mentioned that this location doesn’t have a positive reputation I hope this location improves its customer service, menu to match other locations and consistency and I’m sure if they did their reviews would even be better and sales would increase. Sorry but I have to be honest.

  terrible experience today. went in at 3:30 to get food after a long shift and the worker was busy making a catering order. she doesn't even acknowledge me so i go buy the other things i went to the store for. i go back to the counter and she tells me she's making two more. she makes them and i then see she's getting ready to do about a dozen sauce containers. i left the store at 4:50 without anything. if you're going to do catering then have 2 people working or at least prioritize the few people who come in

  Bread was old and stale and soggy at the same time because she put the sauce directly on the bread then added toppings. Customer service was terrible, really rude but probably doesn’t even know it. Won’t be back if i see her working.

  Today my friend and I visited a branch of Subway and ordered a steak sandwich. Our total bill was $29.17. Unfortunately, shortly after eating the food I started experiencing vomiting and symptoms of food poisoning. I have been a regular customer of Subway for a long time and this is the first time I have had such a bad experience. The quality of the food this time was extremely poor and the taste and freshness were very concerning. This experience was very disappointing and honestly alarming. I hope the management will seriously review their food quality and hygiene standards so that other customers do not experience the same issue.
